Payton Elfner

Payton Elfner is originally from a small town in Wisconsin. Payton is an avid worker and a loving puppy mom. Program Director by day and caregiver by night, she has been helping clients in the healthcare field for over 5 years. Her knowledge and compassion for her clients makes her the perfect advocate for the elderly population.

She loves a challenge, as well as an adventure, which explains why she moved across the country with nothing except a car full of belongings and her two fur babies.

When she isn’t at work, she’s keeping busy with friends or relaxing by the pool. She hates being bored so she enjoys meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.

She spent twelve years in hotel operations experiencing acquisitions, remodeling and brand name changes.

After 25 rainy years in Portland, Cindy was ready for a sunny change and moved to the Phoenix valley in 2008. Cindy brings us a diverse skill set in HR, accounting, administration, employee relations, client relations, and overall operations.

Cindy has always enjoyed crafting and one of her most recent interest includes quilting. She and her husband Mike enjoy traveling and like to visit their families scattered across all parts of the country or just stay close to home hanging out with friends during NASCAR or Bike Week or just spending a quiet weekend at their cabin.
